Addition of GW Trading USA as New Distributor

June 1, 2000, New York -- Advanced Meditech International, Inc. (AMI) today announced that GW USA Trading Company of Tampa, FL will become a distributor of AMI's Ultrafyn DK™ Replaceable Blade Diamond Knives in Brazil.

GW USA Trading Company, Inc. and its Brazilian partner, Medical Service of São Paulo, will work in tandem to coordinate the marketing and sales of AMI's low-cost, high-quality Ultrafyn DK™ replaceable diamond blades to ophthalmologists in Brazil.

Curtis Lenox, Co-Founder and CEO of Advanced Meditech, said, "In the past year, Medical Service has been doing an outstanding job selling our Ultrafyn DK™ products in Brazil. This new distribution arrangement will allow us to work more closely with Medical Service and its entire marketing team to focus on brand development as well as sales."

In addition to the Ultrafyn DK™ Replaceable Blade Diamond Knives System, GW USA Trading Company and Medical Service will also offer AMI's Ultrafyn TCS™ Thermal Cautery System with interchangeable sterile cautery tips for minor surgical uses.
